Kitchen Solutions did an outstanding job on my “down to the studs” whole home remodel. In particular, the work from the structure, countertop, tile and drywall teams were excellent. Bryce did a great job helping us pick out quartzite slabs and marble tile that matched our style. He even met us at Bedrosians to consult. Saul and Isaias led the teams to complete the project in four months after the permits were issued. This included removing numerous walls, installing trusses, new kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets, new electrical system, and replacing all doors and windows. First let me start by saying I am not a person who is confident in making design decisions! However, working with Bryce made this experience a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. He was so nice to hold my hand all along the way. All the guys that came out from the demo to the install and final cleanup were super nice and efficient and did a beautiful job. We absolutely love our new kitchen countertops and backsplash. Every morning when we come downstairs for coffee we say “hello beautiful kitchen." It makes us smile everytime we walk in.

They showed my dad a lot of respect as they upgraded my electric from 120 to 200 in a single day. My dad, who nows suffers from advanced Parkinsons, used to do this kind of work, and he watched them carefully because he does understand what they're doing. Saul is an EXCELLENT contractor! It is incredibly rare to find someone who is thoughtful, responsive and collaborative. Most contractors we have worked with are not flexible, never call you back quickly, won't take constructive feedback, etc. Saul is the opposite of that. We did extensive remodeling of all the bathrooms in our home, our primary living room and all of the closets in our house. His team did excellent work and when things were not perfect or when they didn't turn out as we planned, they leaned in quickly and made fixes or adjustments. Saul was so amazing that when we wanted to redo our outdoor landscaping, I refused to work with anyone else even though he had not done much outdoor work at the time. The job he and his team did with our landscape remodel exceeded all of our expectations. Saul is also incredibly collaborative. We worked on a number of things together where we described a concept, he designed it and offered suggestions, we iterated and then landed on a final scope together. We never imagined finding a contractor who we actually enjoy working with. My only hesitation about writing this review is that others will figure out how good he is and then he may be too busy when I need him again!
